Real Estate is an ever changing industry.  It is an appraisers responsibility to be aware of these changes in order to develop an opinion of value.  I have familiarized myself with the market trends in Western North Carolina.  In addition to providing an accurate and competent appraisal, the ability to interact professionally with all parties involved in the transaction is also a necessity.

Throughout my career I have produced appraisals for large national banks, management companies, local mortgage firms and individuals.  Whether purchasing, refinancing or any other transaction it is my responsibility to establish a fair market value.  This is accomplished by the expertise and experience I have gained working as a real estate appraiser in Western North Carolina.  It is my goal to meet the specific needs of each individual client while providing an accurate and timely appraisal.
